This policy explains what NOLKENS & CO. LLC collects when you use LotProbe and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you buy a report or sign in, so we can send your report link and sign-in links.
- Addresses and locations you look up, and the reports you buy, so we can show them in your account.
- Payment details are entered directly with our card processor (Helcim). We receive a transaction confirmation, not your card number.
- Basic technical data such as IP address and browser type in server logs, used for security and troubleshooting.
- Messages you send through the contact form.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers that run the Service: our hosting provider, our card processor and our email provider. They may only use your data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies
We use one cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or analytics cookies.
Report links
Anyone who has a report's link can open that report. Share it only with people you want to see it.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your account and reports so you can come back to them. Email us to delete your account and associated data, and we'll do so within 30 days, except where we must keep transaction records by law.
